Estimates

Estimates are free and are based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection. Concealed conditions — for example damage inside a wall or under a slab — may change scope, and we will review any change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and emergency service

We are open 24 hours a day. Emergency response times depend on current call volume and travel distance within Kern County.

Workmanship and licensing

Work is performed to current California plumbing code by a licensed and insured contractor, California State License #957013. Specialized warranties apply to qualifying work and are explained before the job begins.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept Credit Cards, NFC Mobile Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay. 10% discount for seniors and military personnel.
