Estimates

Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection. Concealed conditions — for example damage inside a wall or under a slab — may change scope, and we will review any change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and emergency service

We provide 24/7 emergency service. Response times depend on current call volume and travel distance within Kern County, but we prioritize emergencies such as active flooding or sewer backups.

Workmanship and licensing

All work is performed by Tommy's Plumbing Service technicians operating under our California State License #957013. We are fully bonded and insured, and we stand behind our work with written warranties on all qualifying repairs and installations.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept Credit Cards, NFC Mobile Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay. 10% Senior and Military Discount.
